Yes sure.  Most websites built and programmed today have normally two interfaces. The first one is the public interface. This is nothing but your public website face which your visitors see and browse when they land on your website.

The second interface is the admin interface. You can also call this as ‘Site admin’ and this forms the backend of the public website interface. It is this interface that controls all your site contents such as text, graphics, forms and anything that your website displays to the public. In simple terms, anything you change through the site admin, will reflect immediately on the website within no time.

This area is most of the times referred to as ‘Content Management System’.

Through site admin, you can almost control every area of the site. Most advanced Open Source CMS such as Wordpress have lots of technical areas controlled from the site admin only such as Plugin integration, Site settings, etc. Any settings changes reflect instantly on the site.

From content point of view, you can edit text, replace graphics, add video or audio files, add advertising banners, galleries, photos, create new pages, add new pages to header menus, create new sidebars, rotate header images, and many more functions can be performed through the site admin.

Normally, if the client has signed up for our monthly website maintenance pack then we create user-roles within admin. We keep the technical side of the admin in our limits such as site settings, plugins integration, etc and provide the client’s staff with the privileges to edit text, add graphics, add videos, and all content related tasks. Most businesses outsource the admin jobs to us as a cost-effective measure for their businesses.

If the client does not have any maintenance signed up with us, then we will provide full admin login credentials along with the FTP details to the client so that they can transfer the site at their choicest service provider.

We use Linux servers based on LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL & Php) technology.  Our corporate server hosts only our clients’ websites who have signed up for website maintenance & support with us. Though we may take some simple HTML sites from non-maintenance clients on special requests but certainly we won’t host any database driven programmed sites that is not maintained by us. This is due to security reasons and we have some prestigious clients who have signed up for a ‘worry free maintenance & support service’ with us. Any un-upgraded or non-maintained database driven sites opens security loopholes and this could be a security threat to other sites on the server.

Yes, we are not a typical hosting company that only provides space and bandwidth. We have our own dedicated servers that we maintain at the dataserver with all security measures we impose from time to time and we only host our clients’ websites who wants us to look after them with ongoing maintenance and support to keep their sites in good condition with constant upgrades. Our services are suitable only to those clients who want a complete website maintenance and support from us. Traditional hosting companies only sell space and bandwidth but won’t maintain the sites.
